HOW TO BOOK A LESSON
STEP 1
CHOOSE YOUR SPORT
Before you schedule a lesson on the Simulator, you’ve got a choice to make – skiing OR snowboarding. The simulator only allows for one sport at a time. To switch sports takes time and energy and would waste the majority of your session.

CHOOSE GROUP SIZE
Our simulators can only accommodate one person at a time. Our lessons are perfect for smaller groups of up to 2 people. Schedule a short 30-minute lesson or dive deep with an 1-hr option.

Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear whatever you want! Coats and snow-pants are NOT needed since we keep the facility relatively warm.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GEAR?
Feel free to bring your own boots and helmet however, do NOT bring your own skis or boards. Since our SkyTech Simulators use their own ski and snowboarding equipment that hooks straight on to the machine.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE?
For our SkyTech Simulators, the minimum age is 6-years-old.
WHAT IF I FALL DOWN?
There is a safety bar that allows you to prevent your fall before it even happens, however, our instructors will always be present during your simulator lesson. If you fall they will be available to help you back up and get back to training.
HOW LONG ARE THE LESSONS?
We offer two timing options for our lessons. You can book a lesson for 30-minutes (recommended for beginners) or you can book a lesson for 1-hour (recommended for professionals or groups of 2). For larger groups, participants will switch from being instructed on the machine to mandatory rest periods.
IS IT SIMILAR TO REAL SNOW?
YES! Although the feel of the machine and the environment are different, if you are a skilled snowboarder/skier on the simulator you will be an even better snowboarder/skier on the mountain.
CAN I BOOK SNOWBOARDING AND SKIING IN THE SAME LESSON?
NO. Since skiing and snowboarding are so different they cannot be efficiently taught with only one simulator and one instructor. Each lesson must be focused on either snowboarding OR skiing.
